YOU OR ANYBODY YOU BUY WINE FOR MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OVER.

 

​It is Illegal to Sell Alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, therefore you must be aged 18 years or over to make a purchase.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. If the purchase is a gift for a third party then the recipient of the gift must also be aged 18 years or over.

We will not sell to anyone unless you are 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID to confirm them to be older than 18 years of age or older then, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products. All associated costs to redeliver the order and consequences’ thereof shall be of the person making the order.

GENERAL

 

We warrant that the wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. Title will pass on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 

All goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to alter prices and cancel, modify or supersede any promotion without notice. In the unlikely event of wines becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange to collect them from you (free of charge) and replace the bottles or give you a refund as appropriate.

 

PRICES

 

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per product or per case, as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional.

We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.

 

INCORRECT MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS

 

In the event that any of the products in your order are incorrect, missing or damaged, please let us know within 30 days and we will arrange for a replacement.
